Condos at Marina Mazatlan
Marina Mazatlan is on the northern edge of Mazatlan. Located 5 minutes by bus or taxi from the center of the Golden Zone. Puesta del Sol overlooks the Marina.
History
Puesta del Sol built in 2005 is one of the first of several condominium developments in the area. The condos overlook a central pool area and the promenade that surrounds the Marina. There is a small market next to the Marina with current development of several restaurants and other shops in progress. Puesta del Sol has a security fence and 24 hour secuity guard. There is private parking for guests. Buses and taxis are available at the gate entrance.
Two condos are available – unit 406 (2 bedroom) on the 4th floor and 501 (3 bedroom) corner unit on the 5th floor.
